Faith in Nature, Ginkgo Biloba Conditioner, natural hair conditioner with chamomile

this will be a short review because the product I am describing is just great! Today I am reviewing my second favourite natural hair conditioner. I have tried many natural hair conditioners and I think that it can be challenging to find a good one. 

Faith in Nature is an English company producing natural cosmetics for hair and body.They produce many different types of shampoos and conditioners and I am sure that everyone can find something suitable.

I love chamomile and this was the reason why I have picked up this conditioner.

Ginko Biloba conditioner is a fantastic product, after using it  my hair feels as smooth as silk. It is almost unbelievable that this conditioner does not contain silicons. Before, only conditioners with chemical ingredients would offer me this kind of smoothness. The hair is hydrated and nourished, very easy to comb.

Ginko Biloba conditioner smells divine and has fantastic ingredients:

Sante, Açai Energy roll-on deodorant, natural deodorant

Hello,
today I would like to review Sante deodorant. I like Sante company and I was hoping that this deo will be really nice since acai berries are good for us:).
Manufacturer says that Açai Energy roll-on deodorant provides completely natural and long-lasting protection against body odor without irritating the skin. The revitalizing composition of essential oils boosts the deodorizing effect and leaves your skin feeling fresh. Contains no synthetic colorants, scents or preservatives.

Hmmm, I have to disagree. This deodorant does not provide long lasting protection because it doesn't really dry. It just leaves the sticky feeling. It doesn't dry so it doesn't absorb.  After a couple of hours bacteria start growing and I don't feel fresh anymore. In fact there is no difference if I would or would not use this deo. Bleh...
I do not recommend!

How I use it: I apply the conditioner to towel-dried hair after washing, leave it for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

Sante Naturkosmetik, Eyeshadow Trios, Smokey Eyes 06, organic natural eye shadow for smokey eyes

today I would like to review a Sante eyeshadow Trios in 06 Smokey Eyes. They are gorgeous and my favourite eye shadows.

I don't use eye shadows too often but this small compact is always in my make up bag. It comes with a mirror and a small brush which surprisingly I find quite useful. If I need more define look then I use different, let's say more professional type of brushes:).

The eye shadow compact consists of three shades: frosty white and two frosty brown colours. Because they have cool undertone they are ideal for a summer type woman:). But to be honest they will compliment any type:). The white colour is good for highlighting, the browns add depth to the eyes. Because the colours are very natural they are ideal for creating smokey eyes look. Beautiful,  radiant and natural look guaranteed:).

The texture of Eyeshadow Trios is as smooth as silk:). For that reason they are very easy to apply and blend. The staying power is moderate but I have oily eyelids so nothing really stays there without a primer. If I use a primer these eye shadows will stay nice and fresh for the whole day.

This product contains organic olive oil, jojoba oil and chamomile. It is also certified by the BDIH as a natural product and contains only organic and natural ingredients. Certain ingredients may also carry the Ecocert mark. Also according to manufacturer talc used in this product "is certified free of asbestos and is not nano-refined so will not penetrate the skin".

Khadi Ayurvedic Oil, vitalising hair oil, hair growing product

today I would like to review a Khadi Ayurvedic Vitalising Hair Oil. I am a big fan of ayurvedic medicine. In the past I have tried and tested many ayurvedic herbs, for example ashwagandha that is a godsend herb:). So, I don't have to tell you how excited I was to try out this product.

I have ordered it directly from India via e-bay. I decided on this form of purchase because I read somewhere that the oil sold in Europe is a bit different, it has a milder composition than the Indian one.

About the oil: Khadi Ayurvedic Vitalising hair oil is meant to stimulate thick hair growth. It has many fantastic and natural ingredients:

• bhringaraj, brahmi and carrot seed oil nourish the hair
• indrayan enhances hair growth
• coconut oil is antibacterial and anti - fungal, it keeps the scalp cool and prevents hair loss
• fenugreek prevents dandruff, hair fall and scalp infections
• bala, rosemary and castor  oil deep condition hair, strengthen hair roots and give vitality. 

Khadi Ayurvedic Oil, vitalising hair oil

It has a yellow colour and runny consistency, like a regular oil. You should be careful with the the application because it will stain easily and you won't be able to remove the stains.

How I use it: I gently massage scalp in small rotations and keep it overnight. In the morning I wash the hair twice. Another option is using the oil before washing: I would keep the oil an hour before the washing but surely keeping it overnight brings better results. 

Results: 

• shiny hair
• deeply nourished hair
• stronger hair
• hair grows faster
• more hair coming- baby hair
• the scalp is "relaxed" 

Khadi Ayurvedic Oil, vitalising hair oil

Overall the Khadi Ayurvedic vitalising hair oil is fantastic. The only downside is that it has a very intensive scent, a bit too overpowering for me. I am a scent sensitive person and that's why I am not able to use it on a regular basis. But, anyway I deeply recommend this oil to everybody.

Burt's Bees, Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil

Burt's Bees Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil has a subtle red tint to it, which gives a little bit of color to the lips. I like its fruity natural smell. It is moisturizing on the lips and brings relief to dry or chapped lips. It is a bit waxy but I like it, it feels like my lips are well protected during cold windy weather. Lips stay moisturized some time after the balm wears off.

I like it a lot for its natural and very good ingredients. After all, one should be very careful what to apply on the lips.

Ingredients: helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, cera alba (beeswax, cire d'abeille), cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, lanolin, aroma (flavor)*, punica granatum (pomegranate) seed oil, tocopherol, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, glycine soja (soybean) oil, canola oil (huile de colza), carmine, benzyl salicylate, cinnamal, citral, eugenol, geraniol, hydroxycitronellal, limonene, linalool.

Castor Oil, The Palma Christi, Heritage Store, hair growth, face moisturizer

today I would like to tell you about benefits of castor oil. I am reviewing a castor oil from Heritage Store. 
The castor oil has great effect on the skin and hair.

I apply castor oil on the eyebrows and eyelashes. After a couple of months of using it my lashes have become very strong and long. The  eyebrows are thicker and much darker:). I am very happy with this result because before my eyebrows were more of a brown-reddish colour.

I use don't use castor oil on my blond hair because I don't want to darken the hair.

In addition I have used  the oil for deep burn scar  and although I haven't used it regularly, I have noticed a big improvement in appearance of the scar which is now lighter, softer and smoother.

I am mixing castor oil with flax seed oil and use this mixture as a makeup remover. It has helped me a lot with my acne prone complexion.

The oil has thick consistency and you should be careful with the application, because castor oil stains are very difficult to remove.
